A good checklist evolves with your space. If a new area needs attention, or a task should be de-prioritized, it gets updated in the scope. This is far more reliable than verbal instructions passed down through a crew.

What to Ask Before You Hire

Ask any prospective cleaning company: Can I see a sample checklist for a space like mine? Who signs off on it after each visit? How do I report something that was missed? If they don’t have clear answers, keep looking.
